[align=center][align=center][color=blue][size=4][b][font=宋体][size=16pt]粮票展示历史[/size][/font][size=16pt][/size][/b][/size][/color][/align][/align][align=center][align=center][size=4][font=宋体]洛阳[/font][font=Times New Roman]  [/font][font=宋体]何建中[/font][/size][/align][/align][size=4][font=宋体][size=12pt]粮票，自有史以来至今，是否可以说从来未完全的退出历史舞台。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1949[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年中华人民共和国诞生后，计划经济时期在全国范围内使用的各种粮票，到[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1993[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年粮食供销得到了极大的改善，然而它并未完全退出历史舞台。虽然在我国广袤的范围内已经毋需凭粮票购粮，但是在不同的领域内仍然不断的发行、使用粮票，最为突出的是部队照例使用军用粮票。上世纪九十年代未发现有伪造的军用粮票后，自[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2000[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年起，启用新版：“国家粮食局军用粮票[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2000A[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]版”。其后，每年更换。截止[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2005[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年已先后顺序发行、使用了[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]A[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]B[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]C[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]D[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]、[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]E[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]和[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]F[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]六种版别，前五套军用粮票均为四种面额和图案，即大米和小麦粉各[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]4[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]枚，设计、印制十分精美，配置的图案充分体现了我海陆空军的武器现代化装备——海军的舰艇，陆军的火炮、导弹和战车，空军的战鹰。而[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2000F[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]版则由四种图案改为八种图案，且不是武器装备图案，采用革命圣地和纪念性特别强的建筑物，也是红色旅游首先点，接受爱国主义教育最佳处、反映不同历史时段与著名革命战争相关的建筑物，其中三种图案与长征和抗日战争相关的题材。紧密的与今年的中国人民抗日战争胜利六十周年、中国共产党领导中国工农红军长征胜利七十周年相联。故以粮票为载体，展示中国现代革命的一角。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size][/size]

[size=4][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2000F[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]版大米贰佰伍拾仟克，票面图案为长征途中召开遵义会议会址（图[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）。[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1935[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]月[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]15[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]日[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]~17[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]日，中国工农红军长征到达贵州省遵义，在老城区红旗路中段东侧（原子尹路），召开中共中央政治局扩大会议，史称遵义会议。会议通过了《关于反对敌人五次“围剿”的总结决议》改组了中央书记处和中央军事委员会，选举张闻天为总书记，成立了由毛泽东、周恩来、王稼祥组成新的“三人团”，负责军事指挥，从而结束了王明左倾在中央的统治，确立了毛泽东在中国共产党和红军的领导地位。遵义会议的会址，同时是红军总司令的驻地。解放后，遵义会议期间的会议室，军委总参谋部作战室等，均修茸复原并于[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1957[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年正式对外开放。该会址的建筑物，原为[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1931~1932[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]间所建，是一座中西合璧砖木结构建筑。系黔军第二师师长柏辉章的官邸。现大门上高悬毛泽东题书“遵义会议会址”横匾。为国家重点文物保护单位。[/size][/font][size=12pt][/size][/size]
[size=4][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2000F[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]版伍拾仟克小麦粉粮票图案，位于从成都前往九寨沟游览途中，松潘县城北[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]17[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]千米的元宝山。是“红军长征纪念碑园”内的主体建筑物：“红军长征纪念碑”[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman] [/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]（图[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]）。从有关资料查得，碑系[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]1985[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]月初动工，历时[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]年多方建成对外开放。碑通体高[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]41.3[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]米，座高[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]2.5[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]米（寓意二万五千里），碑身高[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]24[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]米，顶端红军铜像高[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]14.8[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]米。由于选用金属材料制成，在阳光照耀下金光灿灿，被称为“中华第一金碑”。由她为“模特”设计、印制的门券，犹如一高举的火炬，给人以燎原之感。红军铜像重达[/size][/font][size=12pt][font=Times New Roman]6[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=12pt]吨。高举双手的造型；一手持枪，一手握鲜花，成“[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]∨[/size][/font][font=宋体][size=12pt]”形展开，象征着红军长征的伟大胜利。三角形柱体每面镶嵌五角红星，更象征着红一、二、四方面[/size][/font][/size]
